Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and are shipped with ground shipping via UPS or USPS. Tracking information will be emailed once an order has shipped. Due to service delays across shipping carriers please allow extra days for tracking updates and final delivery.

At this time, we are only able to ship to customers within the US. However, we hope to offer Pot-ee Packs™ products internationally in the future; sign up for updates! For custom orders or large quantities, please contact us at support@pot-eepacks.com.
